• Content Writing Services — Custom written content including blog posts, social media content, email and newsletter content, lead magnets, and SEO/AEO/GEO optimized content.
• Ready-to-Use Digital Products — Done-for-you content available for purchase and immediate use.
• Newsletter & Email Services — Ongoing or one-time email and newsletter content creation.
• Consulting or Strategy Sessions — Content strategy guidance and consultation for travel advisors and other businesses.

All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement between Wandering Words by Jen and the client.

Before work begins on any custom project, the scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms will be outlined and agreed upon by both parties. Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in revised timelines and additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Custom Services Payment terms for custom writing services and consulting sessions will be outlined in your project agreement. We reserve the right to require a deposit before work begins.

Ready-to-Use Digital Products All digital product purchases are processed at the time of purchase through our secure third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full listed price for the product.

Late Payments Invoices not paid by the agreed due date may result in a pause in services until payment is received. Wandering Words by Jen reserves the right to charge a late fee for overdue invoices as outlined in your project agreement.

Custom Services Due to the time and effort invested in custom content, deposits are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Ready-to-Use Digital Products Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for digital product purchases except in cases where the product is defective or not as described. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will work to make it right.

Custom Content Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom content created for them. Wandering Words by Jen retains the right to reference completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Ready-to-Use Digital Products Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user license to use the content for your own business. Ready-to-use products may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or claimed as your own original creation. All intellectual property rights remain with Wandering Words by Jen.

Website Content All original content on www.wanderingwordsbyjen.com, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Wandering Words by Jen and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

To ensure a smooth working relationship, clients agree to:

• Provide clear, timely communication and feedback
• Supply any necessary information, materials, or brand guidelines needed to complete the project
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
• Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule

Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines. Wandering Words by Jen is not responsible for missed deadlines resulting from a lack of timely client communication or feedback.
